Evening reception + screening of COURAGE - JOURNALISM IS NOT A CRIME documentary
Then we can wind down together in the evening with food and drinks and mingling. There will also be a screening of Tom Heinemann's deeply touching and gripping documentary about press freedom that goes right to the very core of it all: no freedom without press freedom. COURAGE - JOURNALISM IS NOT A CRIME (DK, 2018, 43 minutes) portraits the three journalists Erdem Gül, Emin Huseynov, and Lawi Weng, standing up to their oppressive governments despite intimidation, prison and torture.
